  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested suppliers for the supply and delivery of sports uniform and shirts for the Key Shelter Agencies Sportsfest . (Please see attached Terms of Reference).
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 67,600.00 for three (3) clusters.
  1. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 12:00 n.n. of November 7, 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:

  2. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
